A2JI will undertake high quality research that will support the development of policy recommendations, underpin its advocacy activities, and contribute to increased knowledge and awareness about A2J issues in Myanmar. Annually, A2JI will focus on one major research topic agreed by the Steering Committee. Other smaller research activities will be considered depending on available resources and internal capacity.

Research On Access to Justice in Myanmar: Land, Labor and Anti-Corruption Legislations

The research project will focus on three selected laws, mainly, Anti-Corruption Law (2013), the Labor Organization Law (2011), and the Farmland Law (2012) and VFV Law (2012), as selected by Access to Justice (Research Cluster).
